General Meeting March 15th

All members and interested people are invited to a Rangers General Meeting called for Monday March 15th starting 7pm at Norris House near Equestrian Arena. A 5-Year Development Plan will be presented by the outgoing President John Brown, which will detail participation and growth goals to be scored by the Ranger’s community in the period 2009-2014.

Under 13s Boys are Now the Go

Rangers will field an Under 13s Boys team in the place of the previously planned Under 14s Boys team. This change better reflects the age composition of the registered players we have to draw from. Parents are happy and the Players will be, once Season 2010 gets underway in just 2-weeks time, March 20th! Then the serious fun begins.

The Small Sided Football Idea

Small Sided Football is implemented for the development
and enjoyment of the children. It’s their game, we as adults only need to
create a stimulating and entertaining environment for them.

SSF will accelerate the technical development of children who start to play football
and provide a more logical pathway leading up to playing 11 v 11”
