WE travelled to Noosa for our first game of the season. Our team is a mixture of 14/13/12 year olds. Although not having played together before we put together a few combinations and went to half time with a 2-0 lead. Great goals by Jessie and Harley. Although we had a strong wind at our backs in the second half we could not add to our score and finished 2-1 winners. A lot of scoring opportunities were missed but once we get our combinations and structure right we will be a real force. Great effort from the younger players and great defence from the older boys kept Noosa from scoring more goals.
